FOOD AND FEED TESTING:

The Centre Lab - Our Main Lab at SHTP HCMC

Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang Laboratory is located at Lot E2b-3, Road D6, SHTP, Thu Duc City, HCMC, has been recognized as a testing laboratory in the following areas: Chemistry and Biology with registration number 61/TN-TDC under Decision No. 896/TĐC – HCHQ of Directorate for Standards, Metrology and Quality, Ministry of Science and Technology

The Ministry of Science and Technology - Bureau Of Accreditation has announced document No.838/QĐ-VPCNCL, certifying Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang laboratory in SHTP, Ho Chi Minh City, in accordance with ISO/IEC 17025:2017 VILAS 238, Decision No.2319/QĐ-VPCNCL and attached is an extended list of accredited tests in the appendix attached to the above decision.

Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang achieved GMP+ certification for the laboratory, attached with General and Audit Details, meeting international conditions in implementing quality testing methods for animal feed.

Can Tho Laboratory - Mekong Branch

Can Tho Laboratory, located at Room 319, Vietnam Korean TechFarm, Road #8, Tra Noc 2 I.P, Phuoc Thoi Ward, O Mon District, Can Tho, is accredited following ISO/IEC 17025:2017 with Decision No. 528.2022/QD-VPCNCL and the attached annex from 20/06/2022.

Hanoi Branch

Hanoi branch laboratory, located at Level 4 - Block B, #103 Van Phuc Street, Van Phuc Ward, Ha Dong District, Hanoi, is accredited according to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 with the accompanying tests in annex 2316/QĐ-VPCNCL attach a list of tests valid.

INSPECTION SERVICE:

Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang is an inspection organization following ISO/IEC 17020:2012 VIAS 047 under Decision No. 887.2022/QĐ-VPCNCL

The General Department of Standards, Metrology issued Decision No. 2847/TĐC-HCHQ on the registration of inspection activities for multi-disciplinary synthesis in the field of Product and goods quality inspection according to the attached appendix. Registration number 14/GD-TĐC. Valid until October 3, 2027.

HCMC Environmental Protection Agency (HEPA) - Ho Chi Minh City Department of Natural Resources and Environment - approves the Environmental Protection project of Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang No. 6305/CCBVMT-KSON

INDICATIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE AND RURAL DEVELOPMENT:

Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development appointed Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang as:

The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Livestock Production, issued Decision No. 389/QĐ-CN-TACN the appointment of an animal feed testing laboratory. Accordingly, the decision to appoint Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang Laboratory to conduct testing of animal feed in accordance with the technical regulations issued by the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development.
Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, Department of Quality, Processing and Market Development issued Decision No. 96/QĐ-CCPT-GSĐG on the designation of food testing facilities for state management of food safety, the list of tests is indicated with this decision.

INDICATIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH:

The laboratory in Ho Chi Minh City was designated by the Vietnam Food Safety Authority - the Ministry of Health as a food testing facility serving the State management of food safety, according to Decision No. 157/QĐ-ATTP dated April 20, 2020.
Hanoi branch laboratory is also designated by the Food Safety Department - Ministry of Health - as the lab responsible for state food safety, according to Decision 640/QĐ-ATTP on October 26, 2020.
Ho Chi Minh City - Department of Health has accepted food testing results of Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang under Decision No. 4725/SYT-Ttra

INDICATIONS OF THE MINISTRY OF INDUSTRY AND TRADE:

The Ministry of Industry and Trade has appointed Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang to conduct inorganic fertilizer testing under Decision 1882/QĐ-BCT, the list of tests is maintained in accordance with the decision 148.2017/QĐ-VPCNCL (the list of tests and test methods of this field is in the order 149 to 165 in the above decision).

The Ministry of Industry and Trade appoints Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang as a food testing facility in charge of state management of food safety under Decision No.102/QĐ-BCT, the list of assigned indicators, applicable for the fields of Microbiology, Chemistry; On many backgrounds serve not only the import-export business.
