Vinh Duc HUYNH, a young man full of energy with a passion for the field of chemical analysis, is constantly striving with the desire to develop himself further. He is having great experiences as a Chromatography Technical Team Leader: "This is really my favorite role because I am responsible for data accuracy assurance for chromatography equipment. In my current role, I manage all of the chromatography instruments, and I’ve excelled at providing Analytical results to other teams. I’m keen to continue building on that success while also developing specialist expertise in the area of Analytical chemistry."

"Before working for Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang, I thought there should be a "standardized career path" - do my best at work and get promoted. However, Eurofins helped me to understand that career is not simply about working hard at certain tasks only mentioned in your job description, but also about actively participating in projects for getting diverse experience, learning new skills, adapting, and developing yourself in various areas."
"In that way, we will have various options to choose our career path (not limit ourselves in technical areas). In particular, besides our daily tasks mentioned in the job description, I and other colleagues are always encouraged to engage in projects or activities that are linked to the areas of our interests such as proposing and leading an initiative to develop soft/leadership skills or participating in a specific project (Lean projects) to gain competence and broaden my knowledge & networks. This approach helps us to explore our interests and encourages us to look for areas where we can improve and learn effectively.
