Milk and dairy products testing?
Milk provides essential nutrients and is a rich source of energy, rich in protein and fat. Milk contributes a significant amount of nutrients: calcium, magnesium, selenium, riboflavin, vitamin B12 and pantothenic acid.
The hygienic quality of milk plays a very important role in the production of safe milk and milk products. If dairy products have high levels of Bacillus Cerus, they will adversely affect the shelf life of milk. Or if the Clostridium content in milk is too high, it will also affect the production of cheese products.
To produce milk on the market, it is necessary to test and publish products according to Decree 38/2012 / ND-CP. In addition, testing of milk and milk products must be conducted once a year for establishments' products with one of the certificates of advanced quality management systems: GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000 or equivalent & 02 times/year for establishments' products that have not been granted the above certificates.
