Quality testing

  1.        Analysis of agricultural and aquatic products, processed food, animal feed, poultry: Analysis of microbiological criteria and indicator pathogenic micro-organisms in order to assess the level of hygiene, food poisoning: Total aerobic microorganisms, E. coli, E. coli O157: H7 , coliforms, Fecal coliforms, Enterobacteriaceae, Shigella, Salmonella, Vibrio cholerae, Staphylococcus aureus, Vibrio parahaemolyticus, Listeria monocytogenes, Bacillus cereus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Clostridium perfringens, Total yeast, mold, Nitrobacter, Aspergillus spp., Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bacillus subtilis, Campylobacter, lactic bacteria, Toxins staphylococci, antibiotics in milk.
  2.        Analysis by PCR: Analysis of microbiological indicators such as E. coli 0157, Salmonella, Listeria monocytogenes, Vibrio cholerae, Vibrio parahermolyticus, Shigella spp., Campylobacter, C. botulinum by PCR method
