Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang is a member of Eurofins Scientific Group, established in 2015, formerly was Sac Ky Hai Dang Scientific and Technological Service Joint Stock Company.
In March 2015, Sac Ky Hai Dang created an join venture with Eurofins Scientific Group to establish Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang under certificate number 413 022 000055.
In November 2023, the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City and the Management Board of Ho Chi Minh City Hi-Tech Park issued a license, No. 01/GPMT-KCNC,, for Eurofins Sac Ky Hai Dang company to carry out activities Environmental protection activities at the operating location in the High-Tech Park, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.
