Update changes to Cadmium standards - COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) 2023/1536
Amendment to Regulation (EU) 2023/915 relating to maximum cadmium levels in tiger nuts and cultivated mushrooms
On July 20, 2023, the European Union issued (EU) 2023/1510 amending and supplementing regulation EU 2023/915 regarding the maximum allowable limit of Cd in tiger nut and cultivated mushroom matrices, specifically can be as follows:
This regulation will enter into force on the 20th day after its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union (July 20, 2023).
Changes to pesticide residue levels in certain products - COMMISSION REGULATION (EU) 2023/377
On February 15, 2023, the European Union issued (EU) 2023/377, amending and supplementing regulation (EC) No 396/2005 on pesticide residue levels of substances in some products, include:
- Benzalkonium chloride (BAC),
- Clopropham,
- Didecyldimethylammonium chloride (DDAC),
- Flutriafol,
- Metazachlor,
- Nicotine,
- Profenofos,
- Quizalofop-P,
- Sodium aluminum silicate,
- Thiabendazole and triadimenol
